The British Masters will feature on the European Tour for the first time in 7 years, the event will be held at Woburn Golf Club from 8th to 11th October. This years event will be hosted by the charismatic Ian Poulter with Lee Westwood, Luke Donald and Justin Rose all taking their turn over the next 4 years.

"We have all been keen to get more tournaments on British soil and in England in particular,"-Ian Poulter

Poulter has chosen the Marquess course at Woburn to host the 2015 championship, this is the club Poulter has been attached too from a young age and has continued to support throughout his career. It is the 17th time Woburn will have hosted the British masters, and the 7th event to be played in Britain in 2015. Lets hope there is another closely fought championship as there was last time the event was held there, seeing Justin Rose beat Poulter by just one shot.
